A 47-year-old Glenlivet single malt from Speyside, distilled in 1963 and bottled in 2010 by Gordon & MacPhail for its Private Collection. It is a small batch drawn from two sister casks, 1723 and 1726.
Both were first fill American hogsheads, and together they gave 223 bottles at 40.6%, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is described as a rich, fruit-driven dram with herbal and spice notes.
