A 10 year old Glenlossie single malt from Speyside, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle as part of the Flora & Fauna series. It is described as a classic spicy Speysider, and almost all of the distillery's whisky goes into blends.
The nose is vinous, like a well-used cocktail cabinet, with light sponge, fresh plums, kiwi and pear drops. With water it turns to a fruit salad with coconut milk and sweet tobacco. The palate is sweet and balanced, with some pleasant acidity, and the finish is dryish, with light chocolate and a light malty aftertaste.
