This is a 13 year old single cask Glenlossie, Release No. 82 in the Infrequent Flyers series from Alistair Walker Whisky. It was distilled on 30 January 2009, matured in a re-charred bourbon hogshead and bottled in March 2022, with 283 bottles filled. The nose is lively, with toffee, caramel, fresh ginger and a little allspice. The palate is rich and sweet, with Pop-Tarts, demerara sugar, crème brûlée and Hovis biscuits. The finish is spicy and peppery.
