This is a 13-year-old Speyside single malt from Glenlossie, distilled in 2009 and matured in three first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Signatory Vintage bottled it for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46%, with natural colour and without chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with malty sweetness, creamy vanilla, ripe apple and pear, and citrus underneath. On the palate, orchard fruits lead, with vanilla, citrus and plenty of spice. The finish is medium to long, with ripe pear, vanilla and spicy oak.
