Glenrothes 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, matured for 18 years.
It is described as starting out crisp and fruity and developing more nuance with time, with a sweetness balanced by spice and a subtle peppery note.
The nose brings ripe pear, vanilla pod, orange oil, almond and a little dried ginger. On the palate come ginger, pear and rose water, with light oak spice and creamy vanilla.
