The Glenrothes 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, distilled and matured in Scotland and sold in a 75cl bottle. It spent all 15 years in sherry-seasoned oak casks and is bottled at natural colour, a rich amber.
The nose combines vanilla, dried orange peel, honey and gentle baking spice. On the palate it is smooth and layered, with dark brown sugar, ripe fruit, toasted oak and subtle spice. The finish is medium to long and warming, with lingering sweetness and oak.
