This Glenrothes is a 23-year-old single malt in a 70cl bottle at 58%, bottled by Càrn Mòr. It was distilled on 28th April 1997, matured in a sherry butt and bottled on 14th October 2020.
The cask yielded 550 bottles. Càrn Mòr releases its whiskies using traditional methods, aiming for an expression as close to drinking straight from the cask as possible.
It is described as rich and spicy, with ground ginger, cloves and toasted almonds.
