This is an 11 year old Glentauchers single malt, the first edition in the Ever Curious collection from Fruitful Spirits. It was distilled in November 2014 and filled into first fill Saint-Julien wine barriques, then bottled in August 2026. The bottling is non-chill-filtered and has no artificial colouring, and the outturn is 1000 bottles.
Glentauchers stands in Mulben, near Keith, and has produced since 1897 a light, fruit-forward and floral malt. This bottling is described as sweet, spicy and rich.
