Glentauchers 14 is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2023 by LongValley Selection as a single cask, number 900219. It matured entirely in a first-fill Bordeaux red wine barrique, and 329 bottles were filled. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers ripe strawberry and dark cherry with malt sweetness, soft chocolate and fine oak spice. On the palate, juicy blackcurrant and blueberry join cinnamon and bittersweet chocolate, with sweet malt and dark cherry. The finish is long, bringing back woodland berries beside dry oak.
