Glentauchers – 14 Years Cadenhead Bourbon Cask 2009 (70cl, 50%)

A Glentauchers single malt from Speyside, bottled by Cadenhead at 14 years old and a cask strength of 50% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled in 2009, matured in a bourbon cask and bottled in 2023. Only 264 bottles were filled. Cadenhead bottles without added colouring and without chill-filtration. The nose is foamy bananas, apricots and golden syrup. The palate brings candyfloss, iced nougat and icing sugar, and the finish has milk chocolate, vanilla pods and toasted oats.
