This is a 25 year old single malt from Glentauchers in Speyside, an independent bottling released under The Nectar of the Daily Drams label. It was distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2017, at cask strength, in a 70cl bottle at 51.2% ABV.
The nose brings nectarine, apple and yellow fruit, with honey and white pepper. On the palate it has an oily texture, with honey and spice, a savoury note of sweet soy sauce and a bitter touch. The finish is long, dry and peppery.
