A single cask Speyside single malt from Glentauchers, the Summer 2022 release in the Signatory Vintage Single Cask Seasons range. It was distilled on 18 November 2010, matured for 11 years in a refill sherry butt and bottled on 27 June 2022 at 51.2%.
The release is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and 596 bottles were filled from cask #900894.
The nose has juicy red and exotic fruit with brown sugar, warm honey, sweet cereal and dried kiwi. The palate is full-bodied, with red and lighter fruit, bitter chocolate, floral notes and a tingle of star fruit. The finish is sweet and fruity with a hint of cappuccino, ending in dry oak.
