A Highland single malt distilled at Glenugie in 1967 and bottled in 1989 by Sestante, under the bird label. It is bottled at 59.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose brings coffee and smoke with old rancio, smoked tea and orange cake, then orange liqueur, passion fruit, papaya and pineapple, and notes of pine needles, eucalyptus and camphor. On the palate there is fruit both fresh and dried, plenty of spice and figs, with a slight saltiness.
