Glenury Royal 29 Year Old is a Highland single malt from the Rare Malts selection, distilled in 1970 and bottled by Diageo in October 1999 at 57% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has ripe apricot, dried fig and dark cherry with a suggestion of cinnamon. Honey and toasted almonds come through on the palate, with subtle ripe pear and spice, and the finish is smooth and lingering with vanilla and a hint of smoky oak.
