GlenWyvis – 2019/2023 Batch 01/19 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46.5%)

GlenWyvis 2019/2023 Batch 01/19 is a Highland single malt and the third whisky from the Dingwall distillery. Founded in 2015 and funded by a large crowdfunding campaign, it is currently the only distillery in Dingwall. The spirit was made from Concerto and Laureate barley, fermented for 120 hours and distilled in squat pot stills. It matured for three years, from 2019 to 2023, in casks that held bourbon, red wine, Moscatel and Marsala. It was bottled at 46.5% ABV, without colouring or chill-filtration, in a run of 12,000 bottles.
