This is the 2019 vintage from GlenWyvis, a Highland single malt made at the distillery in Dingwall, which is owned entirely by its community. It is bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is a combination of several casks: first-fill ex-bourbon makes up 68%, refill casks 15%, and first-fill ex-red wine, ex-Moscatel and ex-Marsala casks account for 7%, 7% and 3% respectively. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
