GlenWyvis The Drover is a Highland single malt, released as part of the distillery's Highland Legacy Series.
The nose combines stewed pear, boiled sweets, fresh walnuts and a crumble topping. Cocoa nibs, orange zest, apple and pepper come through on the palate. The finish is long and nutty, with dark chocolate and bitter almond that gives way to green apple.
