Glenwyvis – Inaugural Release (70cl, 50%)

Glenwyvis Inaugural Release is a Highland single malt from a wholly community-owned distillery just north of Dingwall. It was distilled in 2018 and bottled in October 2021 at a natural cask strength of 50% ABV. The whisky matured in 80% first-fill Tennessee whiskey barrels, 15% first-fill Moscatel casks and 5% refill casks. It is uncoloured and non-chill-filtered, in a 70cl bottle. It is one of the distillery's inaugural bottlings, and the distillery closed in September 2026.
