GlenWyvis The Drover is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the GlenWyvis distillery, a community-owned distillery in Dingwall founded in 2016. It is a tribute to the drovers of the town and belongs to the Highland Legacy Series.
The whisky matured in four types of cask: first fill Sauternes barrique (37%), first fill Madeira hogshead (30%), first fill bourbon barrel (21%) and first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead (20%).
It is bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colouring or chill filtration. The release is limited to 3,000 bottles.
