Gun Fighter is an American rye whiskey from Golden Moon Distillery, made as a double-cask expression and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof).
It is aged for a minimum of six months in new American oak casks, then finished in used French oak casks that previously held California port-style wine.
The two casks are described as giving the whiskey a smooth, complex character alongside a pleasant spiciness from the rye.
