Goodwood Straight Rye Whiskey English Mild is a rye made from carefully chosen rye grains and finished in barrels that previously held Goodwood's English Mild beer.
The finish adds bourbon-like sweetness to the traditional spice of rye.
The nose is herbaceous, with clove, eucalyptus and sage. Honey comes through on the palate, and the finish carries notes of tea tannins.
