Macphail's 30 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Gordon & MacPhail. The distillery of origin is a closely guarded secret, and the casks were made to Gordon & MacPhail's own specifications.
It is a rich, elegant whisky with sweet sherry influences. The tasting notes run to stewed fruit, apple, roasted nuts and subtle chocolate, with honeycomb and dried apricot, then a spicy start followed by blackberry, raspberry, milk chocolate, tangerine and oak.
