This is a 13-year-old Tormore single malt from Speyside, selected and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail at 43% ABV. It matured in the bottler's own bourbon barrels and is slightly peated.
The nose combines sweet vanilla, apple and apricot with dry-cured meat and peat smoke. White fruit, sponge cake, lemon, oatcakes and smoked cheese appear on the palate, and the finish is long, sweet and smoky.
