Grace O'Malley Irish Whiskey Maritime Cask (70cl, 40%)

Grace O'Malley Maritime Cask is a blended Irish whiskey made for Grace O'Malley Spirits at the Great Northern Distillery. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, chill-filtered and with added colouring. It matures in French oak casks that spent two years exposed to the influence of the Atlantic, which gives the whiskey its maritime character. The nose shows delicate maritime notes alongside fine fruit. On the palate, oak meets subtle vanilla, and the finish is mild with a light, salty echo.
