The style is intended to preserve richness and structure gained in oak, including caramel, vanilla, baking spice and softened edges, while presenting a brighter, silkier profile and a crystal-clear appearance.
The tasting profile gives clean, sweet agave up front with vanilla cream, light caramel and gentle oak toast, with citrus peel and soft baking spice; the palate is smooth and rounded with cooked agave, vanilla and subtle toffee, and the finish is medium, clean and softly warming.
