Grand Old Parr 12 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV, sold in a gold box and dating from the 1980s. The blend takes its name from Old Tom Parr, who was said to be Britain's oldest man when he died in 1635, aged 152. The Greenlees brothers of London, who had set up as whisky blenders and merchants in 1871, created the Old Parr blend in 1909.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
