A blended Scotch whisky from William Grant & Sons, the owner of Glenfiddich, in a 750ml bottle at 40% ABV. It is finished in strong Edinburgh ale casks and is very malty.
The nose is medium-bodied and smooth, with herbal notes, a little sweetness and a hint of something vegetal. The palate is medium-bodied and well balanced, with subtle but present cask character, gentle vegetal notes, a touch of hop, fudge and barley. The finish is of good length, with floral honey.
