Grappa Di Brunello Lorenzo Inga (50cl)

A grappa distilled by Lorenzo Inga from the pomace of Brunello, using traditional methods. The pomace comes from Sangiovese grapes and is selected from vineyards associated with Brunello di Montalcino. Ageing takes place in small casks, developing complexity without overpowering the fruity and floral notes. It is clear and bright, with aromas of ripe red fruit, violet and a light sweet wood note. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with a velvety feel and a persistent aromatic finish.
