Grappa di Moscato - Giovanni Poli (70cl)

Giovanni Poli's Grappa di Moscato is a clear, crystalline grappa made from Moscato grapes. It is distilled in copper stills using traditional methods, with the pomace gently pressed to preserve the grape's essential oils and aromas. The grappa shows rose, sage, white berries, peach and almond on the nose. On the palate it is elegant and soft, with a persistent finish that returns fruity and lightly spicy notes. It is suited to serving at room temperature as a digestif, and also pairs with dark chocolate or cocktail use.
