A clear grappa from Domenis 1898 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, made from carefully selected grape pomace fermented and distilled by traditional methods. The nose is fresh and clean, with floral and fruity notes, green apple, pear, almond and vanilla. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a smooth texture and a persistent, delicately spicy finish. Best enjoyed neat after a meal. Presented in a 50cl bottle.
