Green River Full Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon (58.6%)

Green River Full Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Green River Distilling, made from a small batch of selected barrels. The barrels are blended and bottled at barrel strength, 58.65% (117.3 proof). The mash bill is 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley. The colour is a deep golden amber. The tasting notes describe warming spice, vanilla, caramel and chocolate-coated peppermints, with cinnamon, dried cherry and light leather on the nose. The finish is lingering and rich.
