Green River Wheated Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Green River Distilling. Its mashbill is 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley, a take on a classic Kentucky recipe with wheat in place of rye.
The nose offers peach and caramel with apricot and cinnamon. On the palate come toffee, pastry and hazelnut, leading to a honeyed finish that is smooth and balanced.
