Green River U.S. Army 250th Anniversary Release (55.5%)

Green River U.S. Army 250th Anniversary Release is a limited edition Kentucky bourbon, created in partnership with the U.S. Army to mark its 250th anniversary. Green River's connection to the U.S. military goes back to 1885. It is a small batch of hand-selected barrels, with a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley. It was bottled at 111.1 proof (55.55%) in honour of Veterans Day, 11/11. The nose shows cinnamon, dried cherry and light leather. On the palate there is warming spice, vanilla and caramel.
