Green Spot Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Green Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey from the Spot family. The Spot whiskeys began with Mitchell & Son, one of the last remaining wine merchants and whiskey bonders in Ireland. In those days the Jameson distillery sold new make spirit to bonders, who filled it into wine and fortified wine casks to mature. Over time Mitchell & Son became known for producing some of the best single pot still Irish whiskey in the capital.
