An aromatic white wine expressing the varietal character of Gewurztraminer within the Alto Adige DOC. The nose offers floral and fruity notes, with rose, lychee and light spice. On the palate it is soft and persistent, with balance between juiciness and spiciness, and a finish tending towards warmer aromatic notes.
It suits savoury starters, aromatic fish dishes, spiced white meats and semi-aged cheeses, as well as mildly spiced Asian preparations. Serve around 10-12°C.
