An agricole rum from Habitation Velier, made from sugar cane juice from the French Antilles, notably Guadeloupe and Martinique.
After three years of ageing in small oak barrels, it develops complex notes of aromatic herbs, sweet spices and a delicate trace of tropical fruit, with an enveloping softness.
It is suited to slow sipping, or with chocolate desserts and aged cheeses.
