An aged rum from the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica, made from local sugar cane and distilled in a column still. Aged for three years, it balances tropical freshness with spicy notes, with evident aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla and caramel and a slightly smoky finish. Amber in colour, it has a full, rounded structure. It can be enjoyed neat or with dark chocolate and spiced desserts.
