It is linked to the natural surroundings and clear water sources of the Japanese Alps. The nose has crisp green apple, lemon zest and a trace of mint. The palate brings pear, honeydew melon and a subtle smokiness that lingers. The finish carries a gentle sweetness of orchard fruit and a touch of spice.
