A 15 year old Hazelburn that spent all its years in Oloroso casks, bottled in the 2023 release at 55.8%. The outturn was 9,000 bottles. Hazelburn is the unpeated version of Springbank.
The nose is dark and intense, with cherry, menthol, dates and freshly baked chocolate cake. The palate is big and full yet well balanced, with toffee, raisins, leather, demerara sugar and crème brûlée.
