This is Hazelburn 21 Year Old, the 2023 edition, bottled at 43.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Hazelburn is made by Springbank in Campbeltown on the Mull of Kintyre.
It is distilled three times from unpeated malt, which sets it apart from Springbank's own single malt and from Longrow, the distillery's more heavily peated, twice-distilled malt. Springbank is still owned by the Mitchell family, who took it over in 1837. The whisky is bottled without added colouring and without chill-filtration.
