Hazelburn 8 Year Old Sherry Wood is a Campbeltown single malt from the annual Hazelburn Sherry Wood range, released in 2025 in a 70cl bottle. 10,500 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution.
Hazelburn is made at Springbank Distillery, triple distilled and unpeated. This release was matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks.
Sweet cinnamon opens the nose, with cocoa powder, cranberry and redcurrant. The palate shows mixed berries, strawberry bubble gum, sticky toffee pudding and blackberries, and the finish brings hazelnut and walnut.
