Heaven's Door Straight Rye Whiskey is a straight rye finished in toasted oak cigar barrels. The barrels are air-dried in the low-lying Vosges mountain region of France.
This finishing gives a smoother, more approachable rye, with notes of orange peel, coriander and spice. It also shows the bright, tangy, tropical fruit side of the grain.
