Heaven's Door Straight Rye Whiskey Finished in Vosges Oak Barrels (75cl, 46%)

Heaven's Door Straight Rye Whiskey is bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is finished in toasted oak cigar barrels made from French Vosges oak, air-dried in the mountain region of Vosges, and these barrels allow faster evaporation than standard 53 gallon barrels. Heaven's Door is a small-batch collection of American whiskeys developed in partnership with Bob Dylan. Each bottle shows the welded iron gates he made in his studio, Black Buffalo Ironworks. The high rye content comes through alongside a balance of sweet notes. The finish is said to give a smoother, more approachable rye, with notes of orange peel, coriander and spice.
