Heaven's Door Tennessee Bourbon (70cl)

Heaven's Door Tennessee Bourbon is a straight bourbon whiskey made in collaboration with the musician Bob Dylan. It is aged for a minimum of 6 years in new American oak barrels and bottled in a 70cl bottle. The whiskey is made with a traditional sour mash and is bottled without chill filtration. It is matured in single-story warehouses. The nose offers caramel and toasted oak with soft hints of honey. On the palate come white pepper, vanilla and baking spices, leading to a lingering finish of sweet oak and a warm lift of spice.
