Hebridean Wisp is a 15 year old single malt from Fruitful Spirits, made on a small island very close to Islay. It was distilled on 2 February 2010 and matured in a first fill ex-solera Oloroso sherry butt with 50 years of service behind it.
It was bottled in September 2025 at 52.1% ABV, without colouring or chill filtration, yielding 180 bottles.
The nose opens with coastal salinity and light peat smoke, alongside sweet raisin and gentle spice. The palate is rich dark fruit with soft saline peat. The finish is long, with lingering smoke and a touch of oaky dryness.
