Henstone Ex-Oloroso Cask is an English single malt whisky from Henstone Distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit spent more than three years in ex-Jim Beam bourbon casks, then was transferred to a 125 litre ex-oloroso quarter cask to finish.
That final stage in oloroso gives the whisky its sherry influence, set over the earlier bourbon cask maturation.
