Filey Bay Flagship Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky

Filey Bay Flagship is a single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, whose Filey Bay is the first single malt whisky made in Yorkshire. Every single malt the distillery produces carries the Filey Bay name, a tribute to its coastal location. The distillery grows all of its barley on the family farm at Hunmanby and distils with two Forsyth pot stills and a column still, first fired up in May 2016. Dr Jim Swan mentored the team in the early days, and they have kept to his respect for tradition in making their malts.
