Filey Bay Peated Finish is a single malt from Spirit of Yorkshire in a 70cl bottle, and this is Batch 3.
The whisky was matured mainly in first-fill bourbon casks, then given a secondary maturation in peated casks. That second stage brings a taste of the west coast of Scotland to the east coast of Yorkshire.
