Filey Bay Yorkshire Single Malt Peated Finish Batch #2 is an English single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery on the Yorkshire coast, bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is distilled from 100% homegrown barley and matured mainly in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, then finished in ex-peated casks.
Caramel and vanilla on the nose come with a gentle maritime salinity. On the palate are citrus zest, light orchard fruit and a smoky warmth, leading to a lingering smoky finish.
