This is Batch 2 of Filey Bay IPA Finish, a single malt from Spirit of Yorkshire finished in ex-IPA casks.
The distillery works as farmer, brewer and distiller, and made the finish alongside its sister company, Wold Top Brewery.
The single malt that went into those casks is light and fruity in character, and the finish gives it an unusual twist.
